About Caroline
Caroline cultivates warm and accepting classes that invite practitioners to learn yoga as a tool for exploration rather than a performance.
Her background in dance introduced her to yoga as a method for building resilience and self-awareness. From challenging Vinyasa, to deeply relaxing Restorative, Nidra and Yin yoga, Caroline’s classes balance strength with tenderness.
She has trained with Jason Crandall, Judith Lasater and others.
A deep thinking, creative and articulate person, Caroline draws on years of practice and teaching experience, as well as her life experience. Half Kiwi, half Canadian, Caroline has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Master of Strategic Studies. She is innately curious about the human experience.
Outside of yoga, Caroline is a writer and host of ‘The Philosophy of Sex’ podcast.
